We want you to be happy with Dopplio. This Refund Policy explains when you can get a refund and how to request one. It applies alongside our Terms & Conditions.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you’re not satisfied with a paid Dopplio plan, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, subject to the conditions below.
Conditions & eligibility
To keep the guarantee fair and protect against abuse, the following conditions apply:
- The guarantee applies to your first-time / initial purchase of a plan, not to subsequent renewals of an ongoing subscription.
- We offer one refund per customer under this guarantee.
- Refunds may be reduced or declined where an account shows substantial usage of paid features, or where we detect signs of fraud, abuse, or chargeback gaming.
- Free-tier and trial usage is not refundable, because no payment was made.
To avoid being charged for a renewal, you can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date; cancellation stops future charges but does not by itself trigger a refund of a charge already made.
How payments and refunds are handled
Payments are processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe. Charges appear on your bank or card statement as “Dopplio.”
How to request a refund
Email us at ascerola@dopplio.ai with the email address used for your purchase and your order or receipt reference (you can find this in the receipt we sent you). We’ll review your request and, once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
